Taking a break

If you haven’t noticed I haven’t put a post up in over a week.

A couple reasons for this.

  1. I’m working on a bad ass product for men only.
  2. I’m getting ready to open a sick new portion of the site.

I’m not going to tease you for pages and pages with these, as they get ready to launch I’ll let my newsletter subscribers be the first to know.

The take away for your fitness goals is simple and something that I base ALL of my training on


Pick (at most!) 2 goals to reach in a 3 month period.

Make it specific, make it count, make it attainable, and most importantly make it something you’ll be proud of.

Lose those 10 pounds before summer.

Add the definition in your tricep.

Go big and achieve what you’ve set out for yourself.
