Do This Right Now

It’s been a while since I’ve posted up something this good.

There are 8 weeks until my birthday, and as loyal readers I expect an awesome birthday present. You are going to get in the best shape of your life.

Every week you’re going to get daily workouts that are going to get you fit by June 3rd. In LA summer is pretty much already here, but for the rest of the country you’ve got a little extra time before you have to dance around in boardies and bikinis.

Before I give you the first workout (It’ll be up tomorrow) you need to prepare a little bit.

Here is your homework for today:

  • Get a heart rate monitor, Polar is preferred, cheapest monitor you can find
  • Clean out your water bottle (Nalgene or Sigg make sure it’s spotless)
  • Weigh yourself
  • Clean out your refrigerator of all the crap you know you shouldn’t have
  • Take a picture of yourself in your undies

5 things that will take you under an hour.

I am serous about this. You are going to be at your peak in these 8 weeks.

First workout is going to be up tomorrow
