I hope you enjoyed your break

For todays workout we are going to push the limits of your body.

Make SURE that your body is nice and warmed up before you do this one.

There are 3 rounds of this bad boy, round one each exercise lasts for 90 seconds, round 2 60 seconds, round 3 30 seconds.

You are going to need a little bit of space for this one, anything that has a straight away of 40 meters or more. A city block will do.

Jump rope (or jumping jacks if you don’t have a rope)
Push-Ups
Scissor Jumps (Start in a lunge position, spring up into the air and mid air switch legs, landing in a lunge position)
Mountain Climbers
Sprints
High Knees

No heart rate training today unless you want to. 30 miuntes at aroun 145 should do the trick.

If this workout doesn’t do you in than I need you to go out for some Olympic event, okay?
