I hate when people say that fixing their diet is hard.

It’s really not that bad.

The rules are simple:

Eat six times a day

Drink a lot of water

Eat some protein with every meal

Eat some Veggies with every meal

Don’t eat stuff you know is going to kill you.


Organic, vegan, whole and raw, protein vs carbs, all that is icing on the cake. Jillian Michaels from the Biggest Loser put it well; the basics of nutrition are like a 4 door Ford station wagon, easy to drive, will get you where you need to go, but not a lot of horse power. All the organic and advanced nutrition are like a manual transmission Ferrari, fast, sleek, will get you where you need to go a lot faster, but a hell of a lot harder to manage.

Stick with the station wagon and slowly layer in the other stuff.

One thing that is hard for me is dessert. Luckily I know a guy who loves food as much as I do and he’s put out a KILLER delicious cook book that takes food to a new level.
