What the Hell are you doing with your life?

It’s June.

1/2 way point in the year.

How far have you come from where you started?

Did you reach ANY of your fitness goals?

Did you make any?

This morning me and my morning bootcamp retested their fitness level. Around six months ago I came in one morning and said that today we are testing your fitness level, and in 6 months we are going to retest. And we did. I’m not going to tell you how they did, because that’s not the point.

The point is that they know that they are accountable to someone. They know that if they don’t kick their own butts into high gear 90% of the time the little morning community that we have is going to give them HELL.

After finishing school a lot people are only really accountable to their boss, maybe a spouse, maybe some kids, but when it comes to fitness they don’t even have a workout partner to help them get into the gym.

The last article I talked a little bit about what you should look for in a trainer, now I’m asking you to seriously consider who you are accountable to.

They go hand in hand.

Join a spinning class and make some friends who are just as committed as you.

Start talking to your instructors or the other guys at the gym.

I don’t care who it is but you NEED someone to keep you on track.

I mean unless you want to end up like this guy…
